Kafala -legal adoption

Under the terms of Ordinance No. 05-02 of February 27, 2005 amending and supplementing Law No. 84-11 of June 9, 1984 on the Family Code, the legal collection is the commitment to take charge of the maintenance on a voluntary basis. , the education and protection of a minor child, in the same way as a father would for his child. The act established by the judge confers legal guardianship on its beneficiary.
