Driver's license competence certificat

The driving license capacity certificate is to be requested online, by the person concerned, via the platform:

https://capacitepc.interieur.gov.dz

The capacity certificate is established exclusively by the Algerian authority which issued the driving license (Daïra, Commune).

The certificate of capacity, established by the aforementioned Algerian authority, is transmitted electronically to the Consulate General.

The certificate of capacity is given to the person concerned on presentation of:

•      A valid Algerian identity document (ID card or passport);
•      His valid residence permit;
•      Application receipt to be printed via the aforementioned email address.
