Paternal authorization to establish passport

The passport is issued by the father of Algerian nationality, however the mother can request the establishment of passports for the benefit of her minor children in the following cases:

     If the father is deceased (provide an extract of the death certificate or present the family record book bearing the marginal note "deceased");
     If the father is not of Algerian nationality (provide a copy of his identity document proving his nationality);
     If she is divorced and she has custody of the child (provide a copy of the divorce judgment);
     If the father is absent (provide a paternal authorization signed and legalized by a competent Algerian authority or by the town hall of the place of residence).
