Social Security.

Within the framework of the provisions of the Algerian-French convention on social security of 1-10-1984, Algerians residing on the national territory must submit their requests to the French social security funds through the intermediary of the C.N.A.S ( National Social Insurance Fund) to which they are affiliated in Algeria.
The social service of the consulate can assist nationals in their procedures in the event of a dispute with their social security fund in France.

Family allowances.

Nationals whose family resides in Algeria must send the (printed) liaison form obtained from the French C.A.F. to their family, who must complete it, sign it and have it stamped by the APC of the place of residence (Algerian-French Convention on social security).

Research in the interest of families.

The tracing request must be submitted by a family member, on presentation at the consulate or by sending a letter. He must provide documents justifying the family relationship with the person who is the subject of the research. This request must be supported by any document likely to facilitate the location of the missing person.
