PATERNAL TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION

Travel authorization is only required for children traveling without parents or legal guardian (download the form).

This document is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

The presence of the father or legal guardian is mandatory. He must present an Algerian identity document as well as the family book or the full copy of the child's birth certificate or his extract from the transcribed birth certificate, if he was born abroad.
