PASSPORT RENEWAL

Consular registration card;

• The duly completed, dated and signed form, to be collected from the consulate or downloaded;
• Photocopy of the 1st page of the expired passport;
• Residence permit or French identity card for people with dual nationality or the DCEM (Document de Circulation pour les Enfants Mineurs) for minors;
• Proof of residence in the consular district;
• Proof of activity;
• Two (02) identical identity photos;
• Payment of chancery fees of 60 € for adults and 30 € for minor children or students on the basis of presentation of a valid university education certificate;
• The original of the 12S birth certificate of the person concerned plus a copy for people who renew a passport issued by a Consulate other than the Consulate General in Nice.
